Turn Waste Heat into
a New Water Source.

Across industries, enormous amounts of low-grade heat are rejected into the atmosphere through cooling towers, condensers, radiators, and industrial cooling systems. At the same time, these facilities face increasing pressure from rising water costs, groundwater depletion, stricter environmental regulations, and climate-related water risks. Uravu transforms this challenge into an opportunity!

From waste heat
to freshwater, on-site.

Our patented technology captures moisture from the air using low-grade waste heat (35 to 85°C), converting otherwise wasted thermal energy into a dependable source of freshwater.

With 1 MW of recoverable waste heat, Uravu's technology can produce up to 30,000 litres of freshwater per day, creating a new on-site water source without consuming groundwater and without generating wastewater or brine.

A strategic utility,
not dissipated heat.

Instead of allowing waste heat to dissipate into the environment, facilities can convert it into a strategic utility - 'water'. The generated water can be used for:

  • Cooling tower make-up water
  • Process water
  • Utility water
  • Boiler feed pre-treatment

Repurpose low-grade waste heat (35 to 85°C)

Reduce dependence on groundwater and tanker water

Supports ESG, sustainability and water stewardship goals

Modular, containerized deployment.

Integrates with existing cooling infrastructure.
